  1. Combating Astronaut`s Boredom while traveling to Mars-Is the effort to combat boredom worth the expence?
I agree that astronauts are trained to know how to handle the situation in space. The truth is very difficult to be an astronaut because with all the training and also fighting boredom.

When astronauts are bored what they do is read their favorite books, listen to music and look at the earth or space. Thanks to the technology we have today, astronauts can record or broadcast on the internet.
Did you know that astronauts play toys like children in space? It is true that astronauts play toys when they have free time. When an astronaut gets bored he can get tired of space, doing things that can bring risky neighborhoods for everyone and Entertain themselves. Another thing they do is play with gravity, for them it is already a custom. Scientists have already verified it. An example is that an astronaut was in space playing, breaking a record.

  3. Combating Astronaut`s Boredom while traveling to Mars-Is the effort to combat boredom worth the expence?

I agree that astranaut are already prepared to go to a planet or to the moon since there is a certain risk to be an astranaut and fight boredom in 8 months

If I were to imagine how to be an astronaut and how to overcome boredom, I would believe that there are people who carry a book, mp3 music, or a game with them that you can entertain yourself for a long time, but the thing is that you don't have to distract a lot because or else the mission can not go well if you get distracted a lot then you have to agree to the mission and not go out of the plan

  5. Is the effort to combat boredom worth the expence?

In my opinion, I believe that it is worth finding ways to combat boredom. Because depressed astronauts who can't concentrate might have trouble following basic safety procedures or driving a vehicle across the rocky surface of Mars.

Not only that, but people who have nothing to do will subconsciously take more risks to alleviate their boredom. Also, I think that scientists have to try harder to come up with more ways to combat boredom as it can be very dangerous in many ways.

  7. I agree to combat the boredom for the astronauts, cause being a lot of time in space it could lead to stress, insanity, or even losing their sanity or worse, dying (in very few cases). Evidence of what could happen (in Spanish): https://www.bbc.com/mundo/vert-fut-50636990
There is evidence and studies of people who have traveled to space and have fallen into depression due to boredom, that is why before going on a trip that far and long there is prior training so that incidents do not occur, and astronauts can effectively carry out the mission for which they traveled.
I consider that the effort for combating the boredom has not being enough, because if you were bored the first thing you would do could be to play, talk, look at the weather, but in the space there’s no entertainment, so you bore eternally, and working is no a method to entertain, it’s just for passing time, but you need have being trained for supporting this mental effort that is don’t get bored.

I agree, because if the astronauts get bored, they can do something dangerous. A bored mind is a dangerous mind.
How do astronauts combat boredom in space?
The astronauts spend their leisure time by reading their favorite books, listening to music, and looking at the Earth. The astronauts can bring some of their own belongings with them.

There are many ways that astronauts combat boredom in space. First, they work — a lot! Astronauts spend a lot of time conducting scientific experiments and making observations. All work and no play is no fun, though, so astronauts do get free time every day and especially on weekends.

A popular pastime while orbiting Earth is simply looking out the window. Inside the International Space Station, crew members have numerous windows they can look out. Astronauts often comment on their fascination and awe as they look at Earth spin beneath them with its multiple shades and textures. Sunsets and sunrises are also very spectacular, occurring every 45 minutes above Earth's atmosphere.
